Your licence key was emailed to the address you provided at checkout. It looks like JHG-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes of payment. If you still can't find it, email us with your Razorpay payment ID.

1. Open the JobHunter Global Chrome extension
2. On the welcome / paywall screen, click "Already paid? Restore purchases →"
3. Enter your licence key in the format JHG-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
4. Click Activate →

The extension will verify your key and unlock access immediately. You can also use the restore tool at the top of this page.

Your licence key works across reinstalls and devices. Simply enter it again using the restore process above (or the tool at the top of this page). Base keys are valid 6 months, Bundle keys 12 months from date of purchase.

Base access is valid for 6 months, Bundle for 12 months from purchase. After expiry the paywall reappears in the extension. Renew at ₹450 anytime — your profile data, saved API key, and application history are all preserved on your device.

We offer a 7-day refund if the extension doesn't work as described on your device. Email jobhunterglobal@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

There's no time-limited trial, but you can download and install the extension free from the Chrome Web Store to explore the interface before purchasing. All features require a paid licence to use.

1. Go to the Resume tab in the extension
2. Upload your existing resume (PDF, DOCX, or TXT — max 200 KB) or rely on your saved profile
3. Paste the job description you're targeting
4. Add your free Anthropic API key in the Profile tab → AI Resume Tailoring. Get one free at console.anthropic.com/settings/keys — costs ~₹0.80 per tailor billed by Anthropic, not us.
5. Click "Tailor Resume as Hiring Manager"

You'll get a 0–100 match score, honest hiring manager feedback, a rewritten resume with skills grouped by relevance, 5 likely interview questions, and — if you have the Bundle — a full structured prep guide including a 4-week training plan, STAR answer bank, company intel, and salary negotiation scripts.

AI resume tailoring uses your own Anthropic API key — free to get at console.anthropic.com. Each resume tailor costs roughly $0.01 billed directly to your Anthropic account. Go to Profile tab → AI Access → enter your key (starts with sk-ant-…) and save. The Analyze button will appear in the Resume tab.

1. Make sure your profile is saved in the Profile tab (name, email, phone, etc.)
2. Navigate to the job application page and wait for it to fully load
3. Click the extension icon → go to Autofill tab → click "Autofill This Page"
4. Alternatively, look for the floating ⚡ Autofill button at the bottom-right of the page

Each "result" is a link that opens that job site's search page in a new tab — it's not an aggregated results feed. Make sure:

• At least one site chip is selected (click a chip to toggle it on/off)
• You've entered a job title in the search field
• Chrome has permission to open new tabs (allow pop-ups if blocked)

If no tabs open, check Chrome's pop-up blocker settings for the extension.

The prep guide populates after a successful AI resume tailor. Once the analysis completes, click "Prep Guide →" in the Resume tab results, or switch to the Prep tab manually. If it's still empty, try re-running the tailor — occasional AI response timeouts can cause incomplete results.

Every time you click "Apply on [Site] ↗" in a search result, the application is automatically logged with the job title, company, date, and listing URL. You can also add applications manually in the Tracker tab → "+ Add Application". Change status (Applied → Interviewing → Offered → Rejected) using the dropdown on each card. All data is stored locally on your device.

Click the country flag at the top of the Search tab. A dropdown opens with 50+ countries — search by name or scroll. Selecting a new country rebuilds the site chips with the relevant job boards for that region, and resets the selection to All.

All your data — name, email, phone, skills, experience, API key, and application history — is stored only on your device using Chrome's local storage API. It never leaves your browser. We have no server that receives or stores your personal data.

When you click "Tailor Resume", your profile data (or uploaded resume text) and the job description are sent directly to Anthropic's API (api.anthropic.com). This is the only external call the extension makes. Your API key is sent as an HTTP header directly to Anthropic — it never passes through our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data. Alternatively: Chrome → Settings → Privacy & Security → Site Settings → View permissions and data stored across sites → search "JobHunter" → Clear data.
